Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts arehandmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work.Some of the many ways we do this starts before the flowers even come into the shop. We only use trusted growers and crops. We only use the best floral preservatives in our waters when you recieve an arrangement you will notice the longetivity. Our coolers are at the perfect temperature for long life spans and the use of moisture locking technology. The motto our shop uses is when in doubt throw it out. The last thing we want to do is give our customers something we would not give our own families
Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Floral arrangements normally last 7 to 10 days but our gurantee is only for5 days. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries.Misspelled card messages or failure to meet expectations is exempt from refund.Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.
Also pictures will be required for any quality issues, please send photos to marc@callmyflorist.comalong with your name phone number, and order number. First course of action will usually be a replacement arrangement.
Delivery
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions Field during checkout.Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
There is no guarantee the specific time or day can be accommodated as we try to route our deliveries to the most efficient way possible to ensure prompt delivery for all customers. Many factors also come into play such as weather traffic etc. Please make sure the recipient is intending to be home or at work to reduce the chances of a re-delivery which may be on a different day or until we make contact with the recipient. We do not take responsibility for any arrangements left at recipients home or work. We do make every effort to make contact with recipient and customer for direction on how to proceed. The original delivery charge accommodates one delivery and one redelivery (if needed) after that a second delivery charge will be automatically charged to your card or recipient will be instructed to pick up at the shop failure to make a delivery will not automatically result in a refund
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so, we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available. That does not always mean we can't do a same day delivery service. Funeral Flowers are very essential to the grieving process and we do not take funerals lightly at this shop. We always make every effort to accommodate flowers, styles, and time most of all.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color palette combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will not take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow gerbera daisies, they will substitute another flower or color like using sunflowers.
Plants:For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Gift Baskets:Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions:Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Delivery Policy
If No One is Home:Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time or day of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, on the front door or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery.
Recipient Maybe Contacted:In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.To gain access to a gated community the recipient is not answering the door or the delivery driver is experiencing difficulties locating entrance to the home, the community, or to confirm address
Request to Leave Item at Door:The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. We always make every effort to make contact with the recipient first, then will contact the customerto gain guidance, and if all else fails the driver will make the decision whether to leave it or schedule a re-delivery.
Cancellations & Replacements
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order orrescheduleat anytimeprior to delivery day.Excluding weddings, parties, and events. Other exclusions may apply. If your gift is in route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store at678-807-4535.
In the unfortunate event we have to replace your arrangement due too bad product or otherwise. First email pictures to marc@callmyflorist.comwith your name, phone number and order number. Please describe issue(s) after reviewing, we will arrange a re-delivery where we will swap out previously delivered flowers or product received.
We treat every customer with respect and expect the same when issues arise. We do not tolerate any profanity.
