How to Grill Chicken on the Ninja Foodi Grill

Cris here.

As many of you know, we recently bought a Ninja Foodi Grill (here is the unboxing if you missed it) and I have been having a blast testing out all kinds of our favorite recipes on it. Psst… Many of those recipes are coming soon to our Foodi Friday segments. Today I am sharing the first of those recipes that we have tested.

Our Easy Grilled Chicken can be made on a traditional grill or the indoor Ninja Foodi Grill, it is up to you! This recipe is great as a main dish, over a salad, in sandwiches and wraps or even casseroles. I like to cook up several batches and keep in the fridge for various recipes throughout the week.

Easy Grilled Chicken Notes

  • This dish can be made on a traditional grill or the indoor Ninja Foodi Grill, it is up to you!
  • We use boneless skinless chicken thighs. You can use other cuts of chicken, however, cooking times will vary. We like to grill our chicken to an internal temperature of at least 170 for texture.
  • If you struggle with grilling chicken or other meats, we highly recommend getting a meat thermometer. Under-cooking is dangerous and over-cooking can make your final dish tough and dry. A meat thermometer can help you get a tender and juicy result every time!

General Notes

  • We like to use the Ninja Foodi Grill as an indoor option for our grill recipes.
  • Looking for more recipes? OurRecipe Findercan help you find exactly what you need.
  • Check out all our favorite recommendations for cookbooks, slowcookers and low carb essentials in ourAmazon Influencer Shop.
  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
  • All grills cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own grill and time adjusted as needed.
